Axiom Builders’ new project in Nashville, Tennessee is gearing up to start and we are looking for a Construction Safety Specialist. This unique project is a triple-tower mixed-use project at the former dairy factory in Midtown. Currently, phase 1 consists of a residential tower of 325 rentals, including 17,000 sq ft of distinctive amenities and 14,500 sq ft of commercial space.
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Superintendent, an integral role to support the construction of a multi-phase mixed-use construction project in midtown Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves working closely with the Superintendent and project management team to ensure the smooth execution of construction activities for this ambitious project, which combines residential, commercial, and recreational spaces in a vibrant urban community. We are seeking multiple dedicated and experienced Construction Safety Officers (CSOs) to oversee and enhance safety protocols across our construction sites. You will uphold stringent safety standards by meticulously monitoring the site-specific safety plan and ensuring full compliance. The CSOs will proactively address any safety concerns that arise and adeptly implement solutions that align with our steadfast commitment to safety.
The hourly rate for this role may be $32/hour to $40/hour, depending on experience.
As a Deficiency Technician, you will be responsible for meticulously inspecting completed work on site, addressing any issues or defects, and ensuring that our projects achieve our standard of excellence. This role collaborates with other members of site operations, such as contractors, subcontractors, and supervisors, to ensure that deficiencies are properly identified and resolved.
The hourly rate for this role may be $26/hour to $30/hour, depending on experience.
The Hoist Operator is responsible for operating and controlling hoisting equipment to lift, move, and position equipment, team members and objects. Additionally, they aid site teams with hands-on general site tasks and have an awareness of hazards and safety.
Note: a valid hoist operator ticket is required for this role.
The hourly rate for this role may be $24/hour to $30/hour, depending on experience.
